Worst customer service and incorrect information when I visited for an oil change. Not only that I was told something was broken and your technicians were the last under my car therefore you guys broke/str visited for an oil change. Not only that I was told something was broken and your technicians were the last under my car therefore you guys broke/stripped the cap for the oil change. Not sure if it was a rookie but the technician should have resolved the issue. You can verify the car wasn’t touched due to mileage and it’s a diesel CAR. Last touched by your team!
