I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the Service Department, the first thing I was informed by a Clerk that my Battery was BAD and I had just recently bought that battery and was still under WARRANTY when I called first thing I was informed by a Clerk that my Battery was BAD and I had just recently bought that battery and was still under WARRANTY when I called them back about it I informed the Clerk that's I've NEVER HAD A PROBLEM STARTING BUT I NEED THEM TO ✔️ CHECK MY STARTER HE said cant do nothing until it's replaced for $280.00, I told him to STOP whatever they were doing, and I would be there for my Vehicle and bring it to where I Purchased the battery, but that cost Me $327.00 for (2) Diagnostic whoch I didn't Understand especially if I HAD TO REPLACE the battery before you could DO ANYTHING but I paid it, when I took my BATTERY OUT, and had it TESTED WHERE I PURCHASED IT MY BATTERY PASSED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, AND THE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN SAID HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS TOLD THAT EXCEPT THEY WERE TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY FROM ME, BECAUSE MY TRUCK WAS THERE UNDER A 3RD PARTY WARRANTY, I HAD THE REPRESENTATIVE GIVE ME A COPY OF THE CERTIFIED BATTERY INSPECTION AND IT'S READINGS. WHICH I PROVIDED TO LESSON SERVICE CLERK AND TOLD HIM I DON'T KNOW WHO VEHICLE YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS LOOKING AT, and Again left my Vehicle there for them to complete their Task, then I call now my BATTERY CABLES ARE BAD NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY AGAIN WE CAN'T DO NOTHING UNTIL THEY ARE REPLACED at A COST OF $300.00 PAID BY ME, THE Problem I Have Again Is This WHY YOU DIDN'T TELL ME THAT WHEN YOU TOLD ME ABOUT MY BATTERY. I FELT IT WAS ONE THING DIDN'T WORK SO NOW LET'S TRY THIS, AGAIN I TOLD THEM NO I CALLED MY WARRANTY COMPANY AND THEY FELT SOMETHING WAS WRONG, AND INFORMED THEY WERE SENDING A INSPECTOR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND FOR METO WAIT FOR HIS RESPONSE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP BUT DUE TO MY AIRBAG LIGHT WAD ON I HAD TO THERE SO I ASSUMED BEING IT WAS THERE I HAVE THEM CHECK THE OTHER LITTLE DEFICIENCIES BRAKE SERVICE SYSTEM LIGHT, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY MY TRANSMISSION HAD RECENTLY STARTED SHIFTING FROM 1ST TO 2ND HARD, I WAS TOLD BECAUSE IT WAS INTERMITTENTLY THEY COULDN'T DO NOTHING PLUS I NEEDED GET GET MY CALBES REPLACED AND A BOLT WAS MISSING. AFTER THAT I SAID DONT DO NOTHING ELSE AND I'LL BE THERE TO PICK MY VEHICLE. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK TO YOU GUYS UNLESS THERES A FACTORY RECALL. I FELT ALL THEY WERE DOING WAS TRYING TO GET $$$$$ OUT OF MY POCKET BY STATING THINGS THAT WEREN'T COVERED IN MY WARRANTY WEATHER TRUE OR FALSE. More

I wish that the survey could show ZERO because that is what I would rate Leson Service Center at. Let me count the ways: 1. Vehicle had a GM factory warranty and I was not offered a loaner or rental car. what I would rate Leson Service Center at. Let me count the ways: 1. Vehicle had a GM factory warranty and I was not offered a loaner or rental car. 2. When I asked about a loaner or rental car as part of the GM factory warranty, I was told that they (Leson) did not offer this. 3. Vehicle was in shop for tapping sound on engine (engine had less than 3500 miles on it). Leson said that they could not find the issue and that the engine needed to be replaced. I said that it sounded like the lifters were tapping? Later found out that there was a factory recall on known issue with lifters on GM engines that needed to be replaced - not engine changed out. 4. At this time GM did not have any engines due to chip shortage! WOW what a cluster F! Now I am without my truck for extended time. I had to call GM Arbitration to get assistance with all the issues I had with Leson Service Dept. 5.When I finally get my truck back, the service rep (Alex) did not even speak to me when I picked up truck to tell me what was done. I took truck to original dealership bought in TX for inspection and was found that there was a restriction in the evaporative canister that was not an issue when truck was brought in for original service. I had to pay for this but I already told the GM arbiters that I would be forwarding any repairs or damages to them until vehicles was back in original running condition. 6. After this the next morning, the service engine light comes on, I take truck back to dealership in TX, they find out that Leson had used the water pump from the previous engine when installing the "new" engine and did not change thermostat - the thermostat was stuck open. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND LESON SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More
