Alix my service writer was amazing. The only bad thing I have to say about my service is my vehicle was greasy afterwards. Brought my truck in for the recall that was issued for the 2021- 2024 Silverados with the 6.2L motors. After a few hours after dropping it off, I received a call from a representative that informed me tha the 2021- 2024 Silverados with the 6.2L motors. After a few hours after dropping it off, I received a call from a representative that informed me that my vehicle was not part of the recall because of the VIN although it’s a 2021 Silverado with a 6.2L motor. The representative said I can come pick it up. When I returned to the dealership, I told the cashier that I was here to pick up my truck because the truck was fine and not part of the recall. The cashier told me that my truck is not good and that there is no remedy to fix the recalled issue. She also stated that, I would have to return at a later date to have the truck repaired. So now I’m confused! What is it? I was told that the truck was not part of the recall by one person and another is telling me the complete opposite. More
