Sales agent Tiger was awesome. I give him a five star. The manager on the other hand, really low balled my trade In knowing how well my car condition was in. I understand it’s a negotiation, but most people know how to look up the price on KellyBlue book. He almost lost my sale because of the low ball price starting at the lower end of the KellyBlue book price. He said he did that because of the mileage. Really, KellyBlue book has a place to put the mileage to be able to give you a range for the fair market pricing. More
