Had my truck towed to Leson on Friday at closing time after my water pump failed. On Monday they got to it and that afternoon truck was ready. I’ve gone twice to this dealership in the past 18 months, and both times I was highly disappointed in their service. I had a separate issue to have trouble shooting on each visit. And the outcome of each vis and both times I was highly disappointed in their service. I had a separate issue to have trouble shooting on each visit. And the outcome of each visit was that the dealership could not find anything wrong on the issue I was reporting. In both cases I was charged a diagnostic fee. After each visit, I took my car to another local GM dealership, where they were able to identify the problem I was reporting and fix it to my complete satisfaction. More

I originally just brought my car in for A oil change and purchase another car. This is the third traverse we have purchased from this dealership. Tiger was great.
