I went in cause my key fob was not connecting to my truck so I couldn’t unlock, lock or start my truck. I had to only unlock my truck through the my Chevrolet app. Which is very frustrating!!! I called them back the same day and told them I still had the same problem and they said somebody will call me back. Days went by and nobody called me back. I called back and they transferred me 2 Mr. Keith I left a message and he called me back in about 3 days telling me that he will look into what was done. He called back and said that they had change my key fob and it should work but it wasn’t. I had 2 play with my key fob and button on my door handle until it connected. I called them back again to see what can be done and still to this date nobody has called me back so I had to go and put a different alarm system on my truck so that I can get in and out my truck without a problem More
