I arrived @ dealer ship for 7 o’clock appointment. Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. Not real happy it caused me to be 25 minutes late for an 8:30 appointment on the North Shore.Wish I’d Took an hour and a half to get my oil changed. I was concern that the woman at the check out had me sign 3 pieces of papers. Yet, she gave me back one paper. I went to grab the papers to read what I had signed, and she abruptly grabbed them back and told 3 pieces of papers. Yet, she gave me back one paper.
