Service writer was excellent in knowledge and communication skills . Will only use him from now on. Carlos went over the top with customer satisfaction.Bryant, Cadillac, and Ford failed miserably communication skills . Will only use him from now on. Carlos went over the top with customer satisfaction.Bryant, Cadillac, and Ford failed miserably. Cadillac left hood open and had to close it in the middle of Clearview. Ford repaired wrong wheel and dropped it on its finished side. Other wheel still going flat. Didn’t see it until I got home. It’s the wife’s vehicle. Bryant wouldn’t respond for two weeks about repairs. More

Alex did a great job arranging a low fragrance rental that wouldn’t trigger my asthma as well as keeping the detail on my Bolt fragrance free.
