Worst customer service and incorrect information when I visited for an oil change. Not only that I was told something was broken and your technicians were the last under my car therefore you guys broke/str visited for an oil change. I came in for a check engine light and was told my check engine light was on because of a bad thermostat and was quoted $650 to repair it and flush the radiator. I paid for the service and upon arrival to p engine light was on because of a bad thermostat and was quoted $650 to repair it and flush the radiator. I paid for the service and upon arrival to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was still on I notified the advisor and my vehicle was scanned again and the advisor told me my car was showing a different code than before. I then was quoted $750 to fix the new issue, I know for a fact when you run a code scan on a vehicle it show all code that the pcm is throwing and I feel like a incorrect scan the first time led to me paying a unnecessary $650 for a service that wasn’t needed for my vehicle, I will never again trust Leson Chevrolet again to care for my vehicle.
