They don't listen to what u are requesting them to do. They want to charge you u outrageous price to fix your car and then they fix a part of your car that you didn't request to fix they fix what they wan They want to charge you u outrageous price to fix your car and then they fix a part of your car that you didn't request to fix they fix what they want to fix first and then try to charge you for something that you didn't want to get fixed right away until you told them to give you a price on everything that you ask them to fix and said they're going to go ahead and fix the car and then turn around and try to act like they going to charge you for a service that you didn't ask for that you didn't give an okay on. I sat there over 2 hours took me an hour to get a price on the jobs that I asked them to give me a price on then they going to go and do a job on the vehicle that I did not give an okay on so why would anybody want to bring their vehicle to this car when they charge outrageous prices and just go ahead and take it upon themselves to do a job that you did not authorize. And the job they did on my vehicle was not what I went there in the first place to do. More

HIGHLY unimpressed with my experience. We went into the experience telling the salesman what we were looking for. We asked the salesman if they had the car in silver and he said no we don' We went into the experience telling the salesman what we were looking for. We asked the salesman if they had the car in silver and he said no we don't, without looking or checking any inventory. When we were looking at a blue car, we(the buyers) pointed out that the silver vehicle we wanted was right in front of him on the showroom floor. All he said to say was "my bad". We also told him we were looking to lower my monthly payment. When he came back with the numbers, the monthly payment he proposed was higher than what I was paying on my current vehicle. It took getting the sales manager involved after quite some time to get an appropriate figure. After 4 hours of back and forth, we were still working things out. We decided to sleep on our decision and I went back the next day to finalize the deal. That same salesman was playing on his phone most of the time he was helping me and dragged his feet on everything. He told me he would have all of the paperwork ready for me when i went in and it would only take 15 minutes to sign and be done. None of the paperwork was available when i showed up. I was still there 2 hours later waiting to sign. I had to leave, go back to work and come back so he could help me set up bluetooth, my chevy app and get my car washed, that he told me could be done if i arrived before 5, which i did. When i showed up, he said I'd have to wait a day to get my chevy app to work and then told me his detail dept was backed up so i'd have to come back for a car wash. Very poor experience. There was NO get up and go to this transaction. Very poorly executed and very lazy on the sales side. I hope noone else has this same experience. More
