Made my appointment online. After dropping off, it took more than 24 hours to get back to me and I had to call and inquire. Took two days to actually get the diagnostic results and have them begin working. When I was finally able to pick up, I got in my car only to be greeted by a partially drank coke that was NOT mine. Overall, poor experience and I will not be coming back to Leson Chevrolet for servicing on my vehicle unless I have absolutely no other choice. More

An hour and a half for an oil change, I was the only one in the waiting room. I went to check if my car was ready and my keys were sitting on the desk in check in at. Keith was my service assistant and did a good job taking all the information for my 15,000 mile service. He kept us informed during our stay which lasted almost 2 hours.
