Kept my truck for several days for an oil change and minor recall. Returned the truck damaged. I was never told the truck was damaged. They agreed to fix it, but why wasn't I ever told. I have a 2006 Grand Prix and have been bringing it in since the past ten years and have been told by you all that it's in excellent condition. On 5/10/24 I brought it in because the "engine light" stays since the past ten years and have been told by you all that it's in excellent condition. On 5/10/24 I brought it in because the "engine light" stays on. I asked to check it out and do a multi-point inspection. When I got it back I discovered they said they did an oil change and a multi-point inspection but the "engine light" is still on. Claudia said they could no longer work on it because it's too old and hard to get parts. I was disappointed since I would think you could basic parts. More
