I understand it’s a negotiation, but most people know how to look up the price on KellyBlue book. He almost lost my sale because of the low ball price starting at the lower end of the KellyBlue book price. He said he did that because of the mileage. Really, KellyBlue book has a place to put the mileage to be able to give you a range for the fair market pricing. More

I was told that the truck that I had a deal for was not at the store when it was. The truck was sold because my sales person lied and told me the truck wasn't there when it actually was.
