Leson Chevrolet service center is not proactive in keeping customers updated on the progress of service unless they are physically present at the dealership. Recently my car was at the service center keeping customers updated on the progress of service unless they are physically present at the dealership. Recently my car was at the service center for 4 days and I had to call for updates. Only on the day of arranged pick up did the service center call me. More
