3 stars because although Claudia did her best with communicating updates, she also kept forgetting to call me back. Or would tell me she got so busy she didn’t have a chance to call me back. Also if y communicating updates, she also kept forgetting to call me back. Or would tell me she got so busy she didn’t have a chance to call me back. Also if your customers are getting a loaner, they shouldn’t have to pay a deposit. Especially since we pay for extended warranty. That should be handled by the dealership. And I find it hard to believe there are no loaner cars. But other than that I guess the work was done sooner than expected. Which is why I give 3 stars. More
