Issues were not resolved. Car was in shop for 5 days. Oil test done for oil issue. For car shutdown issue, was told they could not duplicate issue. When vehicle was picked up Car was in shop for 5 days. Oil test done for oil issue. For car shutdown issue, was told they could not duplicate issue. When vehicle was picked up and driven home, the issue immediately appeared for me. This was a big inconvenience and I will eventually have to bring vehicle back in to address issue. More

They have no concern to get your vehicle fixed when it's clear there's a problem but GM says it's normal. Even the shop foreman and service manager knows there's a problem.
