I made an appointment to get my battery replaced and a tune up. They said they could get it done in a day and ended up keeping my car for 5 days. I then get a call at 4:48pm saying if I want my car, I had tune up. They said they could get it done in a day and ended up keeping my car for 5 days. I then get a call at 4:48pm saying if I want my car, I had to be there by 5pm before they close or pick it up in the morning. I had already missed 2 days of work because of their lack of communication. The work was great, the customer service was not. More
