It was great! I went in to check my tires and breaks. I didn't have an appointment and it was a little latter in the day but they said no problem and fit me in wit I went in to check my tires and breaks. Even found a recall( I think thats what Ms. Sheila said it was) for the module for the fuel pump and I said 'OK. Let's make the appointment because its getting late and I don't want to keep someone late at work.' Ms. Shelia and the gentleman who was working on my car both said 'absolutely not! We can fix this right now! Not gonna send you home in a car that isn't at 100%!' They care about there customers! Even us rude goofballs with no appointment! ?????? But seriously, that whole crew over there are amazing! More

Was pleased with the service rep Keith but spent 3 hours waiting for a tire change. I felt that was very excessive and lost a half day of work. Also when the car was brought out to me, the wheel was covered waiting for a tire change. I felt that was very excessive and lost a half day of work.
