The only problem I had was when I came to get serve and told them what I wanted then they keep telling me I need to get a diagnostic when I already had one down. Saw the vehicle on carfax and went to purchase and told they had no obligation to sell it for that price. Purchased anyway and they added Gap insurance and a Service contract without my knowledge for over they had no obligation to sell it for that price. Car was misdiagnosed initially. I asked to speak to the mechanic which did not happen. When the car was “ready“ I again asked to speak to the mechanic.
