He was informative and patient as we compared several different cars, and was knowledgeable about the specifics of electric and hybrid cars. They definitely have the best selection of electric and hybrid vehicles this side of the mountains. Rich knew the details of specific used cars on his lot well, and represented their pros and cons fairly. Their pricing was competitive, making bargaining quick and stress-free. We're really happy with the Chevy Volt we purchased, and Rich promptly addressed the few small issues that arose (missing owners manual, dead key batteries).
