I have never been treated better at a car dealership in my life. From the first phone call to delivery of the car these guys run a tight ship. They treated me with respect. Jim and Scott were friendly my life. From the first phone call to delivery of the car these guys run a tight ship. They treated me with respect. Jim and Scott were friendly, courteous and FAST. They got what I needed and there was no run around- paperwork was complete, quick, easy to understand. They were just so HONEST. I was dumbstruck. We have already recommended people to go to Les Stanford. Even though I live in Oakland County, I tell everyone I know that it is worth the drive. I'm not kidding. By the time you get another dealer to acknowledge you, Scott and Jim will have you driving off the lot in your new car. I'll be trading in my Cadillac in 2010 and there is only one place for me to go! Thanks Les Stanford - I wish I would have known about you 15 cars ago. More
Got a great deal on a new Corvette Coupe from this dealer checked with dealers all over the country including Kerbeck in Atlantic City ,but nobody could match Les Stanford price ! They found a wholesaler wh checked with dealers all over the country including Kerbeck in Atlantic City ,but nobody could match Les Stanford price ! They found a wholesaler who bought my Porsche for an excellant trade price thus saving me a lot of money on sales tax, no other dealers were willing to do this, it was well worth the 250 mile drive to get the Corvette ! It was also a pleasure to deal with Dennis Tap the sales person whom was upfront about everything ! More
First they give you one price and then it ends up costing a lot more. They are dishonest and dont want to take the time to let you test drive the vehicle and to top it off they dont even know where things a a lot more. They are dishonest and dont want to take the time to let you test drive the vehicle and to top it off they dont even know where things are on the car. We did end up paying way too much for the vehicle. I should have told them to shove it and went somewhere else. We didnt even get a clean vehicle. Now we have nothing but problems with liars in the service department and they dont want to repair the vehicle even though its under warranty. They have charged me an arm and leg for what should be covered parts. The 5 times I had it in for service, the car was given back to me dirty. When I mentioned that the Jeep dealer washes and vacuums it out, then they offer to do it while I wait more time. I told them No Thanks. I think I am going to sell this car and buy another PT Cruiser because Westborn Chrysler Jeep treats its customers with respect unlike Les Stanford. I now will never buy another GM product no matter what because of the way I have been treated at Les Stanford. More
The most professional, honest and strait forward sales person I have ever delt with. This guy knows how to take care of a customer that is buying a Corvette. person I have ever delt with. This guy knows how to take care of a customer that is buying a Corvette. More
You should see this cat (actually, you shouldn't). He talked on his cell phone constantly, didn't know a thing about any technical aspect of the vehicle, and called my wife "sweetie". The only thing mis talked on his cell phone constantly, didn't know a thing about any technical aspect of the vehicle, and called my wife "sweetie". The only thing missing was him throwing my keys on the roof. Totally comical. Obviously, I didn't buy my Impala there but a dealer up the street. Thank you, Kevin Baker!! More
