I needed my radio unlocked when my battery went down during the winter. I called the Les Stanford service dept and explained my plight. I was informed to come over and my radio would be unlocked. I stopped by Friday 28 April 11 and in five minutes my radio was unlocked, I was shown how to unlock the radio, and was informed that if it happens again I can always stop by and service will unlock the radio.
