I came from a dealership that I was very disenchanted with. Ms. Lamb displayed a professional, and pleasant demeanor. I came in with a choice of two cars, one a Chevy Malibu the other an Impala. I informed Ms. Lamb of what colors I did not wish to see, and she respected my wishes. Not once did she try to force something I did not ask to see on me. Ms. Lamb’s main focus was what I wanted. She gave me hope from the beginning. At one point she went out of her way to the associate dealership in another city to retrieve a car of my interest. I was so grateful she did not try to entertain me with other vehicles that I was not interested. There were a few cars in the showroom that she asked me if I had considered due to end of the year discounts, and other features, still she showed no compulsion. Although I didn’t have top credit scores; Ms Lamb spent a lot of time with me. She was patient in answering my many questions. She was very knowledgeable of her products, and she provided me with wonderful history of some vehicles. If there was something she may not have had an answer for she contacted me with the answer, that same day after hours. Val stayed in contact with me while she was working on my behalf. The overall dealership was highly professional, and I highly recommend Ms. Val Lamb. More

My husband and I talked to John DeAngelis two weeks ago about the Cruz and test drove a Cruz. We decided on 1/9.2012, to contact John to let him know that we were ready to purchase the Cruz. I leased a new Cadillac CTS from Dennis Tap. I have 2 other Cadillac dealers new my home. One of the two is closer than Les Stanford. I could have gone there, however the treatment and pricing that I g other Cadillac dealers new my home. One of the two is closer than Les Stanford. I have only bought a new car once before right after college graduation as I started my first job. I went to another (now closed) Chevy Dealership and had the worst experience of my life there. I woul college graduation as I started my first job. I went to another (now closed) Chevy Dealership and had the worst experience of my life there. I would never go back and can understand now why it no longer is open. I have had my eyes on the Chevy Cruze ever since I saw it at the Auto Show back when it debuted, I have talked about it again and again. I didn't need a new car, my 2006 Cobalt was just fine and nearly paid off already, but I went in and looked just for the sake of looking and comparing costs. I test drove the Cruze and loved it. This was back in the Fall and I didn't return until much later, not being able to decide whether to get a new auto loan was a smart idea. I didn't return until the week before New Year's. That's when Ray Schaffer introduced himself and was very laid back and easy to talk to. I brought my car to be appraised for trade in and was surprised when he returned telling me how sorry he was for my father's recent passing. I had placed the funeral home note card in my car since my Father's passing in July and didn't give it a second thought. That simple action meant a lot to me and I told him briefly about my Dad and how his family was always a Chevy family and I would only be one too. In a small way he reminded me of my Father and I appreciated the small talk about engine size, horsepower and safety features. It was like talking cars with my Dad again. Ray worked very hard to find just the right model car for me and my price range and explained everything very carefully. I appreciated the effort that was made to find just what I wanted. The experience with Ray and Les Stanford vs. the other dealership was like night vs day. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with my final purchase. My Dad wrote me once in November of 2010 "when are you going to get that Chevy Cruze you always talk about?" Now I can finally say... I did! More
