I met Mr. Maples through mutual friends and recently purchased my new CTS from him and must admit, I was nothing short of impressed. Amazing experience - I was sure I would never be able to get another new car after my bankruptcy. Mike joined Les Stanford Cadillac after my last experience and they have also moved into a gorgeous new showroom. My most recent experience was one of the easiest, efficient and satisfying car-buying experiences I ever had. Mike and my sales consultant, Herbert Sowell, were friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Only five hours elapsed from the time I first stepped in the showroom until I was taking delivery of my new ESV Platinum (and that included reviewing inventory, selecting a vehicle, appraising my trade, taking a test drive, calculating the "numbers", completing paper work and new vehicle prep and orientation - as well as me returning to work for a couple hours and swinging home to get the extra keys and title for my trade!). Bruce spent about an hour on the computer looking for the right car for my wife and I. After he found us the car that we were interested in, the car was located on another lot.
