Les Stanford Chevrolet provided outstanding service. I was pleased with the trade in values received on two vehicles. I was extremely please with the price of the Chevelet Cruz. This is a beautiful vehic was pleased with the trade in values received on two vehicles. I was extremely please with the price of the Chevelet Cruz. This is a beautiful vehicle. My saleman was courteous, professional, and was very knowledgeable about the Cruz. He demonstrated how to use the various functions inside the car at the time of delivery. John DeAngelis' customer service skills were outstanding. He is a dedicated consultant and strives very much to please his customers. My husband and I talked to John DeAngelis two weeks ago about the Cruz and test drove a Cruz. We decided on 1/9.2012, to contact John to let him know that we were ready to purchase the Cruz. I would recommend this dealership and consultant. More
I leased a new Cadillac CTS from Dennis Tap. I have 2 other Cadillac dealers new my home. One of the two is closer than Les Stanford. I could have gone there, however the treatment and pricing that I g other Cadillac dealers new my home. One of the two is closer than Les Stanford. I could have gone there, however the treatment and pricing that I got from Dennis, far out weighs going somewhere else just because it's closer to home. Dennis kept me informed as to the status of the car I was looking for and returned my calls and emails promptly. More

I have only bought a new car once before right after college graduation as I started my first job. I went to another (now closed) Chevy Dealership and had the worst experience of my life there. I woul college graduation as I started my first job. I went to another (now closed) Chevy Dealership and had the worst experience of my life there. I would never go back and can understand now why it no longer is open. I have had my eyes on the Chevy Cruze ever since I saw it at the Auto Show back when it debuted, I have talked about it again and again. I didn't need a new car, my 2006 Cobalt was just fine and nearly paid off already, but I went in and looked just for the sake of looking and comparing costs. I test drove the Cruze and loved it. This was back in the Fall and I didn't return until much later, not being able to decide whether to get a new auto loan was a smart idea. I didn't return until the week before New Year's. That's when Ray Schaffer introduced himself and was very laid back and easy to talk to. I brought my car to be appraised for trade in and was surprised when he returned telling me how sorry he was for my father's recent passing. I had placed the funeral home note card in my car since my Father's passing in July and didn't give it a second thought. That simple action meant a lot to me and I told him briefly about my Dad and how his family was always a Chevy family and I would only be one too. In a small way he reminded me of my Father and I appreciated the small talk about engine size, horsepower and safety features. It was like talking cars with my Dad again. Ray worked very hard to find just the right model car for me and my price range and explained everything very carefully. I appreciated the effort that was made to find just what I wanted. The experience with Ray and Les Stanford vs. the other dealership was like night vs day. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with my final purchase. My Dad wrote me once in November of 2010 "when are you going to get that Chevy Cruze you always talk about?" Now I can finally say... I did! More
I went shopping at another Chevrolet dealer and the other American competitors I was extremely discouraged getting a new car would ever happen. It seems as soon as they find out bankruptcy, not hiding it, t American competitors I was extremely discouraged getting a new car would ever happen. It seems as soon as they find out bankruptcy, not hiding it, these competitors feel they can talk down to you and force you into a car you dont want or will be of no use to you. So I was feeling down and trying to make myself come to terms with my financial situation. I was referred to Val by a friend and assured she knew her stuff and would take care of me.Well, take care of me is what she did. In truth, I did not get my preferred vehicle but I did get a new vehicle, #2 choice, that will fit my family, my budget and ultimately make me more credit worthy. Val and I spoke many times over the phone and after HER business hours. She explained thoroughly why I could not get my #1 choice and I "get it". I can even explain to other and I now understand the small print in car ads. Never did Val speak down to me, while all the time assuring me I would be happy. Guess what I AM happy. I know after I am done with my current vehicle I WILL be able to go back to her with my #1 choice and she will make it so I drive #1 choice off the lot. More
I was really worried about buying a truck. So I did the research. I built my own truck online to get an idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. So I hit the send button to see which dealer could he research. I built my own truck online to get an idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. So I hit the send button to see which dealer could help me. Dana responded the very next day. She sent me sales information and asked if I had any questions. As I previewed the sales information what did I see a car and a great price. So I email Dana and said forget the truck lets talk Impala. I scheduled a time with Dana the next day. When the time finally came, Dana took me out to see what Impala's they had available. I absolutely had to have the first one I seen. Now came the test drive, it was the newer model but it was still great. Once we got back to the dealership, I looked at Dana and said I'll take it. I had financing issues with my bank, but Dana got me in touch with Joe in financing. He was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Not only did I get a beautiful car with more "bells and whistles" then I ever thought I could afford, I got the best salesperson I could ask for. Dana made the whole experience great, she actually cares that I got exactly what I wanted plus a lot more. I will be suggesting Dana to all of my friends who are looking for a new car. More

Well the Green Tahoe didn't see it was necessary and stopped abruptly in the exit lane. Well luckily I was capable and quick enough to brake where my car went under the back end and needless to say my car was totaled. I have been renting a vehicle since. THANKS TO VAL, I was able to purchase a car----P U R C H A S E a car. All the other big name dealerships along wiht a high school buddy who is in the buisness did not want to go the extra mile for me and my family. I truly thank her. and only wish I had contacted her sooner. I actually knew her from another dealership and told I was going to save up enough money for a downpayment. Well the other dealerships didn't want my money. Val Lamb of Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac Dealership said she could make it happen. Now I am well on my way of getting my crfedit back in order. I hope she reads this along with other consumers, because my Christmas gift thanks to a call on 12/23/11 from Val. New Years was extremely perfect. More

Val Lamb went above and beyond my expectations to get me into a new car. With my credit history, I didn't think a new car was possible. But clearly I didn't know Val's capabilities.
