My experience with Les Stanford was nothing less than exceptional! I have had my time wasted and been made to feel degraded at other dealerships in the past but my experience with Les Stanford Chevrolet exceptional! I have had my time wasted and been made to feel degraded at other dealerships in the past but my experience with Les Stanford Chevrolet was a total opposite eperience. I filled out an online request to receive info on a new Traverse then found out I had to have exceptional credit. I received several emails from dealerships in which I responded with an email explaining I didn't realize I would need excellent credit. I received an email back from Kara Carroll right away saying there is always something that can be worked out. I told her I didn't want to waste my time coming in only to find out there was nothing that could be done and get "laughed out of the place" as has happened on several occasions before. Kara went right to work and assured me that would not happen this time. She put me in touch with Joe Quinn the finance director and he got right down to business and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the deal done. When I went down to the dealership Kara had left for a family emergency but Kayla Kish was waiting for me and took excellent care of me before handing me over to Joe to finish the deal. Everything went very smoothly. Joe knows his stuff because he had everything in place. I was able to get my new vehicle in les time that I've spent at other dealerships only to find out there was nothing they could do. I wasn"t able to get the vehicle I wanted but Joe explained in a couple of years I would be able to trade this one in and get what I want. When it comes to that time Les Stanford Is where I'll be going! More

This was the most pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. The two of them contacted me immediately following my internet inquire regarding my trade-in and interest in the Equin vehicle that I have ever had. This inquiry was made over the weekend and when I walked in without phoning on Monday morning, they were so welcoming and pleasant, they even indicated that they had just e-mailed me this morning. The did a appraisal of my trade-in and allowed me to drive the Equinox truck. They helped get the things I most wanted for the price and the leasing option I felt most comfortable with. I even asked how long the entire process would take to finish the sale process and the time they gave me was excellent and they were finished when they promised. By the time I returned home to get the other keys to my trade-in and returned they were ready to wash and get the new purchase ready for delivery to me. The paperwork was a breeze and they were professional and pleasant. I was just orignally looking with not a intention of buying that day, but seeking dealerships for the deal and demands I had, but I found it here at this time and is very satisfied. This is the only dealership that I have purchased a car/truck from that was not a hassle, long day, and problems without getting what you want or need. I would recommend Les Stanford to all my friends and family anytime and I would bet they would never want another dealership experience other than Les Stanford again. I had modified my mortgage and did not know until after doing so that it had destroyed my credit, I had a lease and when turning it in was told that I could no longer lease nor buy at the chevy dealership, doing so that it had destroyed my credit, I had a lease and when turning it in was told that I could no longer lease nor buy at the chevy dealership, I ended up with a new Kia which I was not happy with and the service at the dealership was horrible as was the astronomical car payment, after 1 1/2 years I finally went in to Les Stanford and spoke with them, within a couple of days they not only had me out of the car I was in but got me into a new vehicle with lower payments, the staff is wonderful and they truly go out of their way to make the customers happy, I will never deal with another dealership but Les Stanford More
