Took my 2022 silverado in for service for a radio problem. Can not get text messages or text message notifications on the radio. So when I am in my truck I have no clue when someone texts me. After several weeks at the dealership they could not figure out what to do and ended up sending it to the body shop for paint repairs. Scott Estey was my sales rep. DO NOT USE HIM. I called Scott about a scratch that went down the whole passenger side. He kept telling me he would speak to the bodyshop and just gave me the run around for al.ost 7 months. I was able to talk with the sales manager Cory and he made it right asap. Thank you Cory. My service guy Mike Mcdonald was great but in the end the tech could not get my radio working right. So now I have filed a complaint with Gm over this radio problem. Also the bodyshop broke a push pin on my door panel causing the pin to damage the door panel. There was a module hanging from under my truck that should have been installed behind the license plate. I had to fix both problems myself. More
This was a terrible experience. My car was there over a week and no one contacted me one way or another even though they said they would. I had to call them 3 different times to get the status. When they finally were able to give me a estimate for the work, they asked me for the last 4 digits of my social security number. When I wasn't willing to give them that they said I had to physically come in to sign off on it. I decided to take it elsewhere. When I asked for the estimate they had givene on the phone in writing, they hand wrote. Never once apologized for never getting back to me. Terrible customer service! More

Jeff Edwards has provided exemplary explanations and service. Jeff is a service manager at Les Stanford Chevrolet. As a retired GM engineer, I expect my service manager to be knowledgeable, listen service. Jeff is a service manager at Les Stanford Chevrolet. As a retired GM engineer, I expect my service manager to be knowledgeable, listen to my concerns, execute a plan that will provide two C8 corvettes with service and warranty work that will be completed as soon as possible. Jeff provided a plan that far exceeded my expectations. Even though this dealership is over an hour away using morning rush hours express ways. We knew that we were getting the best service possible. We visited several local Chevy dealerships, but they looked at our cars and acted like they had never seen a C8 before. We were told that no parts are available and they provided little help. I checked to see who is the biggest Corvette dealer in Michigan and called Les Stanford immediately. I was connected to Jeff Edwards, he provided a plan of action and scheduled our appointment. We were greeted with respect and kindness. Our cars were carefully driven, the dealership is very clean and organized. We were updated throughout the day by Jeff. Later we were informed of the analyses done on our vehicles and the plan of action for resolution . Parts were ordered, a return appointment was made and all work was completed. We are extremely pleased with our service manager Jeff Edwards, He was able to SOLVE and schedule a complicated two car warranty and service request by his KNOWLEDGE of the vehicle, EXCELLENT communication skills and SENSITIVITY to customer's timing concerns.
