I always do extensive research, and my recent Chevrolet Cruze Eco Manual purchase was no exception. I had met with two previous salesman at different dealerships, with negative experiences both times. Eith Cruze Eco Manual purchase was no exception. Either they would not listen to what I wanted, had no idea about available features/options, tried to push cars on me I had no interest in, or were very rude/unprofessional. I did my research on salesman, and found Chris Warren, who previously worked at Rodgers Chevrolet and which I had taken a test drive with before he moved to Les Stanford. I came in to place a custom factory order, which Chris happily obliged. I was in and out in 30 mins. Throughout the whole experience, Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the Chevy Cruze, everything from trim levels to engines. Picked up my brand new, straight from the factory Cruze Eco with the exact options and color I wanted and at a very fair price about a month later. At no point did he try to push anything on me I did not ask for. Chris Warren was a very friendly salesman, low pressure, and wasn't happy until I was. If you are buying a new Chevrolet, anything from a Cruze all the way to a Corvette, Chris is your guy. He knows his stuff inside and out. I would not buy from anyone else! Very, very pleasant experience, made my first car purchase one I will not forget! More
I don't even know where to being. For starters, I 'd like to say thank you to my salesman "Kara". I really didn't think I was going to be able to even get in a new vehicle, and Kara made it possible. She was warming, kind hearted, honest and made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process. I'd also like to add how convenient it was. She allowed me to do everything by fax and email until it was time to take delivery of my new car. When I finally came came in to pick up my car I was literally there for 30 minutes. It was the best experience I ever had when buying a car. There needs to be more people like Kara Carroll in the world. Thank you Kara and Les Stanford Chevrolet. You have a customer for life and I will be sending everyone I know to you. Thanks again! More

It has always been my experience that when a sales person's lips are moving, they're lying. This is not true of Erik. He is friendly, up front and very helpful to get you what you want in car while person's lips are moving, they're lying. This is not true of Erik. Once we agreed on a price, he walked me through everything, paperwork, the car and all it's bells and whistle. Erik even set my phone to blue tooth connection and sync it with my car. Went in to purchase a new car and had Kara Carroll .... worked out a deal for a lease, didn't get to see or drive the model I was getting, but she assured me there was no difference except power seat. Not true, when we got home and read through the book... this was over the weekend and had apt on Monday to come in and sign.... Kara was upset on Monday when I said , we might not want that model and wanted to come and see it before we signed. She got upset and said "what happened over the weekend" I said well we need to come and see the car before we sign... because there are differences... we got there, and right away she wanted us to sign papers... I said, we need to see the car.. We got a fast price on the next model up... but we ended up taking the lower one... Kara told us to make sure we gave good reviews on the survey. when I got the survey, some of the questions, I couldn't answer with the top rating....... I was appalled to get a call at my home from Kara, xxxxxxxx me out for getting her fired. She said didn't I tell you how important that survey was., and didn't I understand the questions... Kara said so now I am out of a job and thank you so much.... I could not believe this...... that my one survey would cost someone their job.. and they would be so unprofessional and crazy to call me at home. I called and talked to the manager, who said that she was NOT fired, but he assured me that she would NOT have any more contact with me. plus I get a free oil change......... WOW, an oil change.. that's it for being harassed by an employee... this was my first experience with Les Standford... and will be my last.. More

Erik HIbbard called us with a "deal" on a used 2010 Dodge Town and Country and he gave us all the info he could. We came down and test drove it and we liked it and made the deal.
