He spent quite some time on the phone educating me about turning in a lease and then leasing a new car, and never once did I feel any pressure. The next day, my husband and I met Erik at Les Stanford where he sat with us just getting to know us and our needs, both physically and financially. He's a very patient man! After a couple of hours and a test drive, we felt confident in choosing our new 2013 Malibu LS. Because they had to add a Remote Car Starter, we came back the next day to turn in our Chevy Cruze and drive home with our new Malibu. During this entire situation, I never once felt nervous or under any kind of pressure, nor did I ever feel Erik was out to make a sale. He actually asked more than once if we were comfortable with our decision.
