You seriously could not find a better dealership/service team than Les Stanford. Dan Melton has always taken care of me and has made sure I was 100% happy with everything. He keeps me informed of everything they do to my car. Having a 2010 Aveo, I've had some interesting issues with my car and Dan and his team has always come through. As I was getting near the end of my original warranty, he got me in touch with the right guy to get an extended warranty (well worth it if you own an Aveo btw). I will be sad when I have to find a new dealership when I move to Cleveland permanently in December. HIGHLY recommend Les Stanford. More

I trust Dan completely with any service required for my car. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars, that sense of trust and confidence is priceless. After having a consistently bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to try Les Stanford. Our service man, Dan Melton at Les Stanford directed us to Erik Hibbard who gave us a call. He spent quite some time on the phone educating me about turning in a lease and then leasing a new car, and never once did I feel any pressure. The next day, my husband and I met Erik at Les Stanford where he sat with us just getting to know us and our needs, both physically and financially. He's a very patient man! After a couple of hours and a test drive, we felt confident in choosing our new 2013 Malibu LS. Because they had to add a Remote Car Starter, we came back the next day to turn in our Chevy Cruze and drive home with our new Malibu. During this entire situation, I never once felt nervous or under any kind of pressure, nor did I ever feel Erik was out to make a sale. He actually asked more than once if we were comfortable with our decision. By the way, into our initial conversation, my husband realized that we and Erik attended the same church, and that never affected his professional way of serving us. In the future, we will highly recommend Les Stanford Chevrolet, and Erik Hibbard without hesitation. This has been the best experience we've ever had when leasing or buying a car! More
