I have been to several dealership but nothing like this one. When I got my first car from Michelle, I was shopping online because I had just had a baby and it was very hard for me to go from one place to another looking for cars. Michelle reached out to me through email and found out what I was looking for and found me the car that I wanted. When I went to pick up the car, Michelle had everything ready for me to sign and she made my experience very pleasant. When I met her in person, she was very welcoming, friendly and detailed. When I got my car, she sat with me in the car and explained to me eveything I need to know about it and how everything worked. Now, my lease ended last month and ofcourse I didn't have to worry because I know that I knew Michelle's. This time around my experience was even beyond excellent. Not only Michelle helped me get the car I wanted but also delivered it to my house and brought all of the paperwork for me to sign. When I was telling my friends about my car buying experience, I felt so special. That's how Michele made me feel. Not just like a regular customer but an exceptional one. I have recommended Michelle to a lot of my friends. She is really an asset to the dealership. This is short summary of my experience, but if you are looking to buy a new car, go see Michelle. Buying Out of Sate Made Easy After browsing eBay I decided to contact James Fillmore at Les Stanford to see about ordering a 2017 Z06 Corvette. After several attempts to purchase After browsing eBay I decided to contact James Fillmore at Les Stanford to see about ordering a 2017 Z06 Corvette. After several attempts to purchase a Z06 in California and low discounts offered, I spoke to James Fillmore at Les Stanford. Concerned about ordering out of state, James made it sound easy so I went for it. I was able to get a fair deal and ordered my Z06 the way I wanted it. Paperwork was Fed Ex same day and it was on a train to CA. James turned On Star on so I could track the car. Hardest part was waiting a couple weeks to make it from the Corvette factory to the west coast. I was kept informed and the car was shipped an hour away for courtesy delivery. Upon delivery the final paperwork took only a few minutes. I did have a small problem with ground effects missing from the car but I called James and he was on the horn with the delivery dealer. The next week I have the final parts installed and on my way. I will definitely recommend Les Stanford. More

Les Stanford Lost my Buisness I was extremely disappointed in Les Stanford. I came in with my father looking to buy a new or used Corvette Stingray and had a terrible experience a I was extremely disappointed in Les Stanford. I came in with my father looking to buy a new or used Corvette Stingray and had a terrible experience at this dealer. I came into the showroom with no greeting or acknowledgement from the receptionist that was preoccupied with her phone and looked around the lot and showroom for about 20 minutes before a salesman came out to see us. In hindsight I wish he would have left us alone because I have never encountered a more rude and condescending individual in quite some time. My father and I came to this dealer because they are known for being a high volume Corvette dealer and also had a certified Vette with all of the options we liked. We presented our interest in that particular Corvette about 5 times and the salesperson never acknowledged that. He kept on talking about how their dealership moved a lot of Corvettes and everyone comes for their service and inflating how "superior" they were to other dealers. He never sat us down to talk about options or anything about purchasing a car at all. Only continuing his rhetoric on how "great" their dealership was. His tone was so condescending that I went over to talk the salesmen involved in new product primarily to get away. I understand that some people window shop at a Corvette dealer, but I had already went to my credit union beforehand and had a preapproved loan for a Vette with intention to buy. Even if I wasn't shopping to buy that day, everyone deserves a measure of a respect. My father asked for a card of this person, which ended up being a chore because he "usually doesn't give out business cards". I suppose it was a good move on his part because we only wanted it to know whom to avoid if we were to return. I'd give you the name of this person, but I was so angry we disposed of the card and I can't recall if he even had the courtesy to introduce himself and shake my hand. I had a better experience with Herbert looking at new Corvettes and a Camaro convertible. He seemed nice and actually sat us down to talk prices and current available stock, but the bad taste left in my mouth from the first salesman and the overall atmosphere in that dealer is having me look elsewhere.
