We were looking for a Malibu for our son and knew exactly what we wanted - many had been sold in the last few weeks before we even had a chance to look at them. We tried to put a deposit on 2 and were told they sold vehicles on a "first come, first serve" basis and would not accept deposits to hold the car while we traveled to their dealership. We had dealt with salespeople and managers in previous years and were prepared to reiterate our budget so "extras" were not added into the price. We were greeted at the door by Frank Fleshner who allowed us to vent our frustrations and the longer we talked, the more we felt like we had walked into the right location for our purchase. Frank not only had the vehicle our son was hoping for, but explained everything thoroughly and was able to work within our budget. A deposit was placed after the test drive and within 48 hours we drove the Malibu off the lot complete with all the paperwork and plate.
