Professional, friendly and effecient I had leased twice from Village Ford and when my past visit was not a good one I decided to go to Les Stanford. She went over and above helping us get into a new lease. She was professional and so effecient as was John Murphy when he came down to the financial paperwork. Unprofessional vs Professional Sean Ross had a guarantee sale and due to he lacking customer service skills he was unable to close the deal. He showed me a vehicle that was unclea Sean Ross had a guarantee sale and due to he lacking customer service skills he was unable to close the deal. He showed me a vehicle that was unclean, smelled of smoked, and obviously someone recently occupied the vehicle. So unprofessional and little care about his performance especially since Mr. Palmer whom I must say was very professional, and kind etc.. give him a customer told him what to do, give him vehicle numbers and offered to even deliver the sale for him once he completed the simple tasks as instructed. Sean couldn't do. I was out the door before Terrance could return to his desk across the street. I told Terrance that Sean was a disappointment and he couldn't sell me a cough drop "it is a reason why he was sitl in used cars" sales" and Palmer was in New. Terrance Palmer is definitely Polished! Great saleman dedicated to his craft unlike Sean Ross. At least my experience with him that day. By the way, I did purchase a car like I said I would that day just not with your dealership, you can thank Sean for that end of the story. More
