I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Palmer’s knowledge of the many Cadillac platforms, from vehicle metrics to the detailed interior craftsmanship of the CT5 I purchased. I was amazed at how fast Mr. Palmer and team made quick work of the administrative process. I walked in and drove out in a half hour literally. Within that timeframe was a complete walk-thru and familiarization of the CT5 features. Terrance Palmer and the Les Stanford team are a first class organization and the definition of class. Used their online calculator to check a lease price. Received a price of $308 for 27 months with $1,300 due. Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac don’t care about customer satisfaction. I back ordered my white trailblazer on December and received a satin steel trailblazer instead after a couple of months. So what satisfaction. I back ordered my white trailblazer on December and received a satin steel trailblazer instead after a couple of months. So what happened is that one of the sales person changed the tag on the white car and sold it to a different customer. I already had the papers signed and deposited money. Kevin did his best to find me a car, he was nice with me but management wasn’t that good. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, I asked a couple of employers and they told me they should give you a better deal or discount. I tried but they don’t care. I don’t suggest this dealership to anyone. FYI - I didn’t have a choice but to buy whatever car was available because i was in need of a car. More
