Used their online calculator to check a lease price. Received a price of $308 for 27 months with $1,300 due. Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac don’t care about customer satisfaction. I back ordered my white trailblazer on December and received a satin steel trailblazer instead after a couple of months. So what happened is that one of the sales person changed the tag on the white car and sold it to a different customer. I already had the papers signed and deposited money. Kevin did his best to find me a car, he was nice with me but management wasn’t that good. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, I asked a couple of employers and they told me they should give you a better deal or discount. I tried but they don’t care. I don’t suggest this dealership to anyone. FYI - I didn’t have a choice but to buy whatever car was available because i was in need of a car. More

Since nov i have been trying to get a refund on a separate warranty i had purchased they have clinched their but cheeks together so tight and will not refund remainder of my money back these 2 guys COARECE AND CRAIG BOND will not return calls hide in their offices when i came in to start process to get my refund give me the run around and are just horrible people in general My salesperson even was shocked buy their behavior actually came across the street to try to help out and COARECE HID IN HIS OFFICE AND TRIED TO PUT IT OFF ON OUR SALESPERSON. These guys wanted my wife and i to order our new 22 escalade from them and they would get back to me I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM LES STANFORD CADILLAC AND CHEVY DEALER I WOULD DRIVE AS FAR AS ANOTHER STATE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALER.
