The manager listened to my concerns and followed up very quickly. He personally got involved in helping me to find the car that I wanted. My salesman was amazing! His name is Terrance Palmer. He extended himself in so many ways to help me find the car that I wanted. He assured me that I would not have to settle. He was so calm and helpful. He explained everything in detail and followed up on everything. If I asked a question or had any doubt he would find the answer. I am disabled and he constantly assisted me and made sure the cars I looked at met my needs. He was a great salesman and outstanding person. Constantly called and checked in with me throughout the entire process. I look forward to the purchase of my next purchase and I hope he will be available to assist me. When I drove out of the dealership in my new 2023 Argent Silver Metallic XT5 I felt like the most valued Cadillac Customer ever and that is the best feeling ever! Oh what a feeling! More

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life! It started off great and Zach was very informative about the 2023 Blazer. We built the Blazer I wanted – adding one package to the stan in my life! It started off great and Zach was very informative about the 2023 Blazer. We built the Blazer I wanted – adding one package to the standard options. He printed out the order, with the MSRP and the description of what I would have on the vehicle. He advised me to come and sign for the car before the dealership took possession with the excuse that I would lose out on the incentives if I waited until it arrived. I thought that I could trust that I would get what I ordered, so I signed for the car. I was sticker shocked at the price when I signed for the car because it was so much more than I was quoted. When I picked up the car the next day, Zach proceeded to show me options on the car that I didn’t order. Immediately, when I questioned him about the extra options, he tried to convince me that it came with the package I ordered. Once I got the Blazer home, I realized that Zach ordered a fully loaded Blazer with every package added, not just the one package that I ordered. The extra packages increased the price of the car at least $5,000.00. I was contacted by the dealership to do a survey but opted to speak to a manager. The sales manager, Craig Bond, didn’t help the situation. His customer service skills were horrible, he made me feel like I did something wrong, and never acknowledged that I received a car I didn’t order. He continuously tried to convince me that I ordered a fully loaded vehicle. Now here is another person that was trying to convince me that I ordered this car when my initial quote stated a much lower figure. I even read the original quote that I had in front of me as he continued to dismiss what I was saying. Craig said it was nothing they could do and he will use this as a teachable moment for their staff. Meanwhile, I have to pay a hefty price for a car that I didn’t order. So, I guess the thing that I did wrong was go to Les Stanford Chevrolet. I will make sure that everyone I talk to – family, friends, coworkers, social media, and whomever will listen – know NOT to take their business or money to Les Stanford Chevrolet. More
