Great experience-purchased a new XT6 I found on dealer website over the phone. The Sales rep and Finance team were very pleasant and responsive and when I came in to close the purchase and take delivery, website over the phone. Took about 10 minutes, plus the hour or so that my sales rep took to show me all the vehicle features and walk me through the set up and activation of all the technology and driver preferences. More
I came here to get my corvette looked at and fixed based off the reputation Les Stanford has being the corvette king. Wow was I wrong! I called and spoke to an advisor Named Brain and told me to bring the car in the same day on 02/13/2023 and was told that I should hear back from someone that week.on my service work order the promise date was 02/16/2023 so I called the service department on 02/21/2023 at 10:52Am after not hearing from anybody and spoke to a gentlemen and he could not locate any info on my car I gave him my R.O number then he asked me who my service advisor was I told him Brian. He informed me that Brian was with a customer at the moment and that he will have him call me once he is Free. I waited couple hours and did not hear back from anyone so I called back at 1pm and spoke to Brian and asked him for an update on my car he told me that he did not know he needs to find one of his mechanics that is comfortable to work on my car and he will call me back. I did not hear from him all day so I called brain back this morning 02/22/2023 and asked him again if he had a status update on my car he said he did not have an update for me and that was going to be a while till it was done. I asked him what was a while and I expressed to him that I had people wanting to buy the car from me and I needed an estimated date of completion for the repair so I knew what to tell my potential buyer. Brians demeanor changed and became very rude and had the audacity to tell me that if I want to come pick up the car I can. I told him to work on his customer service skills and let him know that I will be picking the car up. I called an hour later to speak to a service manager and it was the gentlemen Brian that answered I asked to speak to a service manager and he informed me that he was the service manager. So I had to call a tow truck to pick up my car due to icey road conditions I could not drive it and I had the car towed to a different dealership to get worked on. I am disgusted with the customer service I received. Funny thing is with this dealership being near my house I had also messaged A salesmen Ali Reda yesterday on Facebook regarding a car that I would like to get in June or July. But after this experience I will not be giving any of my hard earned money to Les Stanford Chevrolet Thanks Brain for the very unpleasant experience. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not go here and take their business to a dealership who’s sales people appreciate the business instead of chase it away. If I had the choice to give 0 stars I would of because 1 is too many. More
Michelle Sladovich is the best sales person I have worked with in 40 years. Everyone here is friendly and very helpful from Sales to Service. Great buying experience with Michelle. She was on top of all discounts and incentives and made the lease transaction go smoothly. They have so far (four weeks in) refused to return a deposit made to get on their E-Ray list. They accepted my deposit immediately and charged my credit card. Well despite getting in touch with Zach multiple times over the last four weeks, radio silence. Total ignore. Thankfully I can dispute with cr card. Glad this is far as my experience went, be aware. Quick to gather funds and refuse to refund. Avoid Les Stanford, lousy customer service. Looking forward to their fairytale of woe, blaming Covid, Turkish earthquakes, war in Ukraine and train derailments in Ohio…. More
Displeased paint quality on XT5, Terrance Palmer showed me two veh. On different days 1: hood was repainted paint didn't match 2: paint swirls all over hood. Was told all xt5 had bad paint.
