The service department is bad. They charged me for new TVs in my Escalade and then return the truck to me and they did not work. I also paid them to do mechanical work and now my t They charged me for new TVs in my Escalade and then return the truck to me and they did not work. I also paid them to do mechanical work and now my truck has a winning noise when I hit the gas. I took it back and they told me it mite be the transmission on a 2021 Escalade. Then to add insult to injury they told me the transmission guy won't be back until next year in 2025. Then told me it's nothing and I can keep driving it. I feel so bad after spending thousands of dollars on this truck. I don't know if it's the truck or Les Stanford service department. More
