Service manager John was great to work with. Unfortunately a back ordered part was the only problem with having the vehicle in service for 30 days. Obviously it was out of the service departme Unfortunately a back ordered part was the only problem with having the vehicle in service for 30 days. Obviously it was out of the service department hands at that point but offering a loaner after the third week was a great way to offer their sympathy for the time it took the part to be delivered and the vehicle repaired.
