Service dept was once the greatest, but it is quickly going downhill. The bright star, however, is Larry. Al at the service desk is abrupt, he doesn't listen when I'm explaining the issue to him and talks down to me. I miss the desk staff from before-they valued the customers. Had appointment for oil change. It was my first and under 1 year since purchase so it was SUPPOSED to be free. I was informed when I checked in that is was NOT free and would cost o It was my first and under 1 year since purchase so it was SUPPOSED to be free. I was informed when I checked in that is was NOT free and would cost over $100. Stike 1. Then I was told that it would take an hour or longer. Strike 2. Over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation? So over an hour goes by. I am waiting. 30 minutes later I see my truck being driven off the lot. 15 minutes later, truck still not at dealership. So I try to figure out what is going on. Service says I need to talk to cashier. Cashier states truck is done but I was NEVER informaed. NO person coming to waiting area. No text message. No phone call. No e-mail . NO notification whatesoever. Cashier then LIES and says she went to waiting area and called my name. I ask why no txt or email and she said it was service dept' fault. So now finger pointing and no one taking responsibilty. TERRIBLE service all around. I do NOT recommend this dealership whatsoever, especially for any service appointment. More

This place is the worst place to go for service. I took my brand new 2025 Hummer EV there that I just bought may 30, 2025, because the windshield was leaking. This was July 10, 2025. My vehicle sat I took my brand new 2025 Hummer EV there that I just bought may 30, 2025, because the windshield was leaking. This was July 10, 2025. My vehicle sat there and was never serviced. I got tired of waiting with no updates or any type of follow-up on my vehicle. I went and picked my vehicle up September 17, 2025, and my vehicle was returned to me with a huge scratch on the front of the hood and a dent on the hood on the passenger side of the truck. The service manager tells me that they have to look at their cameras and see what happened. As of today, I have yet to hear anything about making this right. Again, no communication from the service department or the service manager. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! More
