Lack of communication between the two salesman that were trying to help me purchasing. Recently bought a used Dodge Ram from Lenz. After driving the vehicle for a few days I noticed a couple of problems with it. Contacted Lenz and they had me come in to look at the truck. Both were friendly and pleasant. They had to order a part so they gave me a loaner for the night. Truck was fixed the next day at no charge. Overall a good experience with Lenz and I would buy from them again. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is I feel the issues with my truck should have been caught before they sold it to me. Nevertheless they rectified the issues at no charge and I am happy with purchase. More

I purchased a $30,000 suv from them and all I had was problems with it less than a year. I had to replace the engine. My Rear A/c lines needs to be replaced last summer and they wouldn’t help me out with the cost. It’s over $2000 to fix. So I had no A/C in my suv for the rest of summer. I’m not to happy about there business. They need to stand behind their vehicles and treat their customers better More
