I was so impressed by this dealership and our sales rep, Baldemar. This was our first experience buying a car from out of state and we were nervous about not driving the actual car prior but through multipl Baldemar. Oil change took an hour and 20 minutes. Other times it has been an hour or more also. I can go other places and it takes 40 minutes. The mechanic ssid there was a BMW in the way.
