I was looking for a good used F-150, I recently went on a snowmobiling trip up north with my brothers and realized that the 01 F-150 didn't have enough room for us and our gear. When my husband and I entered Lenz, we did not have any expectations. We had been to three other dealerships in our area, and test drove three trucks, but just did not get that "this is the one" feeling. T expectations. Then I did some research on line and called Sam to inquire about a gently used Chevy. We knew it was the type of truck we were looking for, but we would need to visit and take it for a drive. After the test drive we we knew, "it was the one", but it would still be contingent on the financing. Sam never pressured us or made it seem like he was just out to sell a truck. He was very personable and wanted to do his best to make sure this is what we wanted. That goes a long way in my book. After we decide to purchase, he introduced us to Nik, who worked his magic to get us to the payments we needed a month in order to take the truck home. I am so happy that we decided to go a little farther than our home town dealers, but Lenz did make us feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to take the drive, just the customer service alone is well worth it. The great deals are just a bonus. I had never heard of Lenz Auto until I started searching on the internet for a 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I was a little nervous purchasing from them as I had read some not-so-good reviews, and I was b on the internet for a 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I was a little nervous purchasing from them as I had read some not-so-good reviews, and I was buying the vehicle from Florida sight unseen. I had it shipped to Florida and it arrived in an enclosed trailer. The vehicle was just as presented in the video. It was perfect! I used an out-of-state lender and from the time I made the offer, got the funding, and had the vehicle shipped, it took about 2 weeks. The title did not arrive with the vehicle, but as soon as the lender’s check cleared, the title was overnighted to me. The vehicle arrived with a one-month Wisconsin paper license, giving me plenty of time to register the vehicle. The whole process went smoothly. Jake Roberts was my salesman, and he was perfect to work with. He was honest and was always available by cell phone and email to answer any questions, even on his day off. The only negative comments I have are 1) they wouldn’t work with the price and 2) Nik Tries wanted my social security number when he had no reason to have it, and he wanted me to show proof of insurance on the vehicle when he had no reason to see that either. I will definitely recommend Lenz and Jake to other purchasers and will consider buying from them in the future. More

I have honestly never had a smoother and care free purchasing experience in my life. From first call to vehicle delivery, I felt like a part of their family. Paul and Dave wanted nothing more than to get me into my dream truck. I drove over from the Detroit area to trade in my car and take the 2011 Ram home. Since the bad weather parted, I was able to arrive a day sooner. Paul worked with me during my commute to make sure that all of the information was ready. I showed up a day earlier than I was supposed to and they had all of the dotted lines in front of me and ready to sign. In fact, they made the transaction so simple that it felt like I was in and out for an oil change. The vehicle was read for a test drive upon arrival. Paul took my Impala for a spin while I drove the Ram. Less than 30 minutes later, I was in my Ram headed back to the hotel. Bought a 2006 dodge 2500 5.9l ccummins with a six speed manual from these guys. They were excellent. I had dragged my buddy with me to check out this truck since he's the diesel guy. I asked them if I could take it for a ride, they handed me the keys and off I went with my buddy to check everything out. After being gone for 45 minutes or so, we made it back to the lot. My buddy had come across a couple little issues that he said should be fixed. A dust cover seal from the back side of the transfer case was bad, and the gas pistons to hold the hood up were bad. Other than that the truck checked out perfect. No codes in the engine and drove excellent. I told them about the issues we found and they jumped right on it. I went in to do the financing with Dave, and by the time the financing was done, so we're the boys in the shop. They even left the truck on the lift so my buddy could inspect underneath the truck better. All in all it was an excellent experience. They weren't pushy or over priced. I could not find that same truck cheaper than what they had it at. I would definitely recommend lenz to anyone who's looking to buy a truck. They have very clean trucks at good prices. More
