Twice now in the last coupe of years, we did nation wide searches looking for just the right truck with very specific requirements. We're also horribly fussy about condition. In both occasions we only located 10 or fewer matches nation wide. What are the odds that in both those purchases we found exactly what we wanted at Lenz Truck Center? That's not a coincidence folks. Lenz has an extremely high bar when it comes to offering low-mileage, exceptionally clean vehicles, at fair prices. If and when we have to locate a third truck, I'm saving myself the nation wide searching hassle and will probably just buy right from their website listings sight unseen (I live out of state). I've come to trust them that much. Their entire team (in both sales engagements) have been great to deal with and there wasn't one aspect of the entire process I could ask them to improve. You guys rock! More

Everyone was very friendly helpful and answered any questions that I had.the guys in the Parts Department were very friendly as well and were Fun to be around and priced out the extras that I needed. I also want to give the Detailers a big Thank you for the great job they did cleaning my 2013 Ford F-150 Lariat, everyone that see it thinks it brand new. BEWARE Bait and Switch Practice If you are considering buying an auto here, beware of possible BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICE. We test drove a 2 vehicles one weekend. We liked one vehicle If you are considering buying an auto here, beware of possible BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICE. We test drove a 2 vehicles one weekend. We liked one vehicle slightly better than the other. We did not make a deal that day, but decided to take more time to search. A few days later, we get an email from a salesman "SKip". This is copied directly from his email: "A few weeks ago you had contacted us about the 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser below. I have been just told by my manager that I need to find a way to get this FJ Cruiser sold to you. What is it going to take to put this deal togehter?" I replied with an offer and he responded with this:(directly quoted/copied from his email: "Would $32,000 on the tan one get the deal done?" So, we decide to stop in there a few days later to take another serious look at the vehicle and very ready to make a purchase. We asked for Skip as he was the one we talked with the first time we came in. (Although neither of us was keen on him because the first time we were in he attempted to negotiate a price at the reception desk, which is very uncomfortable and not confidential.) Skip got the vehicle for us and we again took a test drive, and looked over the vehicle. We went back in, and thankfully SKip took the time to at least take us in his office to discuss a deal. I asked what the best he could do would be. He said, $32,000(which is what his email had said). I asked if he could swing $31,800. He said he would go ask his manager. To our surprise he came back and jacked the price up about $500!!! He lied to our faces and said that his email stated that he would check with his manager on a the $32,000- he never said that as you can see from the entire email quoted above(sans advertising logos, etc) So he gets us in there by baiting us and then changes the price once we get there. These sales tactics are insulting, unprofessional, and a waste of customers time. If this is a personal sales practice by Skip, management should be aware of it and seriously consider how a representative (salesman) becomes the face of the dealership and can greatly compromise the customer's experience as well as future sales. No customer wants to be deceived, lied to, or insulted. Customers can be a company's greatest and worst form of advertising. More
