I worked with Brad the owner, so our discussions were frequently interrupted by his phone ringing and his need to attend to other business, which is understandable. So you may want to work with a regular salesman if you want more detailed attention. I make my living driving my truck all day every day so it will be worn out sooner than most, and I intend to shop at Lenz Truck in the future for it's replacement. More

Twice now in the last coupe of years, we did nation wide searches looking for just the right truck with very specific requirements. We're also horribly fussy about condition. In both occasions we only located 10 or fewer matches nation wide. What are the odds that in both those purchases we found exactly what we wanted at Lenz Truck Center? That's not a coincidence folks. Lenz has an extremely high bar when it comes to offering low-mileage, exceptionally clean vehicles, at fair prices. If and when we have to locate a third truck, I'm saving myself the nation wide searching hassle and will probably just buy right from their website listings sight unseen (I live out of state). I've come to trust them that much. Their entire team (in both sales engagements) have been great to deal with and there wasn't one aspect of the entire process I could ask them to improve.
