Lenz and Salesman Brandon are just amazing ! I went to Lenz when i saw online the beautiful vehicles they had, from cheapest to brand new there was not one rusty nor dented vehicle, i mean every I went to Lenz when i saw online the beautiful vehicles they had, from cheapest to brand new there was not one rusty nor dented vehicle, i mean every vehicle is like new!! A Dealer that cares enough to have only the best on their lot is a place i want to visit. So i picked out a vehicle went over and Salesman Brandon helped me ... he was informative and even with me fearing another rejection as every dealer seemed to all say i was impossible to help & ditched me rudely due to limited income and alone, single mom with no cosigner and little down payment, low credit score and a desprate need for a chance to build my credit, Brandon did NOT ditch me or ignore me (like other dealers did), he still was very nice, polite, helpful and he DIDNT feel i was a helpless case..which i admitt Brandon was a breath of fresh air, lets see what we can do to help he said, so with a few rejections he said they have hope and his finance manager Dave also did some magic and i was APPROVED!!! I truely was Blessed then & there with the LENZ TEAM... so with all the appropriate papers and my down payment and my trade in hand i showed up to sign for my new vehicle, Quick & easy signing and done and i was in my new vehicle , i have very low monthly payments, very afforable, so low im able to double up on payments if i feel like it, they report to the credit bureau monthly also so my credit will finally build, now im in a dependable vehicle for myself and child, and they have a great warranty and on spot fix it shop so i never have to worry if something does happen to my vehicle, i couldn't ask for more! Everyone at Lenz is so helpful but Brandon was the Best! he helped me and treated me like i had won the lotto! Came here from NEBRASKA :) We initially discovered Lenz through online searching, and quickly realized that their truck pricing was significantly lower than any other dealership We initially discovered Lenz through online searching, and quickly realized that their truck pricing was significantly lower than any other dealership on vehicles with clean carfax reports. We decided to make the 18 hour drive for deals we couldn't refuse. Upon arrival to the dealership we looked at the truck outside (independently) for approximately 20-25 minutes without being harassed by a salesperson, before we made the (again, independent) choice to enter the doors of the dealership. We were shocked to discover a very unique experience from any other car buying experience either of us have had. There was no sales pressure, and no games. We were offered and educated on prices and the clear cut reasons why, we were asked realistically if we wanted this vehicle given certain expectations, and we were treated with the utmost respect from the minute we sat in Mike's office, to the minute we drove off the lot. It was stress free, laid back, and painless......as a car buying experience should be. The icing on the cake was every single person that happened to be standing outside when we drove off waved goodbye to us, including people who we hadn't directly seen in the sales process. This dealership has a "small town" feel, and we were thoroughly impressed. In searching for complaints it was difficult to find any, however, it would be nice if the tank was filled, the DEF was filled, and if someone would walk through the electronics such as Bluetooth pairing. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family in Nebraska, and will personally shop here again with Mike. Thanks for everything!! More
