Chevy 2009 Truck Avalance The 2009 Chevrolet Truck Avalance sales was great. However, they (Finance Salesman) promised a guarantee bumper to bumper repair policy for 80, 00 mil The 2009 Chevrolet Truck Avalance sales was great. However, they (Finance Salesman) promised a guarantee bumper to bumper repair policy for 80, 00 miles for an additional amount. When we had less than 200 miles driven, the left front brake locked up and took out the caliper and the left front brake system. I ended up paying out of pocket for the repair. The policy also won't be covered when the Air Conditioner quit blowing cold air out of the dash ducts four hundred miles later. Again, I ended up paying out of pocket to repair. Their extended repair guarantee policy isn't worth the ink printed on the paper. I have since requested to cancel the policy and ask for refund which will be prorated and cancellation fee. More
