Outstanding Customer Service! Purchased a truck from Lenz and had a great experience working with Marty Krepsky. After having the truck home for a couple of days and driving it I n Purchased a truck from Lenz and had a great experience working with Marty Krepsky. After having the truck home for a couple of days and driving it I noticed some stains in my driveway. Took the truck to my local mechanic in Waukesha and they determined I needed a electrical module that connects to the transmission. Called Marty and he arranged with the Service Dept to have this fixed at no charge plus provided me with a loaner vehicle. Several days later all my rear lights on the truck went out. Once again I took it to my local mechanic and the problem was 2 corroded connectors that affected 2 wiring harnesses. According to Ford I needed to buy 2 new harnesses in order to fix this issues at $1K for parts and Service. Ford did not offer any type of pig tail connectors as a possible solution. Called Marty back again and he directed me to Dan Bergin ( Service Mgr) , contacted Dan and explained the issue. Dan said that their service people have the ability to repair the pins in the connectors and that there was no need to buy these new harnesses. Since the truck had no back lights Dan sent a driver with a trailer to pickup my truck at my home in Waukesha. In 1-1/2 days Dan had rebuilt both connectors and sealed them to prevent and future corrosion. Dan also was proactive and checked the other connectors on the back end and sealed all of those as well! On top of this Dan offered to have the driver deliver the truck back to my house in Waukesha. Keep in mind the lights were working when I bought the truck so I did not expect Lenz to pickup this cost. When I asked Dan what do I owe you he said it's on me! I went from looking at almost $1K to get this truck fixed to having this remarkable customer service experience with Marty and Dan at Lenz Trucks! If you are in the market for a used truck I would highly recommend you take the time to visit Lenz Trucks! More

When we drove it home we found an issue with it and Mike set us up with Mike Christian in the service department to get it corrected. Lenz will go the extra mile to have satisfied customers. Used Chevrolet Silverado 1500 purchase I purchased a used 2013 Chevrolet from Lenz Trucks in LaCross on May 31st 2018 and worked with Mike Buhler. I will start by saying my overall experien I purchased a used 2013 Chevrolet from Lenz Trucks in LaCross on May 31st 2018 and worked with Mike Buhler. I will start by saying my overall experience was absolutely exceptional. I live in Mukwonago which is a hour and a half drive for me to get to the dealership. That made physically being able to walk the lot to look at trucks frequently very difficult so I relied heavily on the Lenze website to make some decisions and ultimately purchase my truck sight unseen, which sounds crazy with a major purchase like this but the website, the pictures and the video they had on the truck I was eyeing told me 70% of what I wanted to know. The fact that the truck was also another 3 hours away from the Lacrosse dealership in Minocqua made me even more nervous. However after driving up to LaCross and talking face to face with Mike and explaining my situation and what I was looking for he gave me honest, straight answers which being a retired Marine is something that I expect. I never once got the typical used car salesman pitch and surely never felt pressured. Mike was great and we actually had a connection being I’m a veteran and his son is also so I feel he went the extra mile to help me and not his pocketbook. After many back and forths on the phone I trusted the man enough to put my down payment on the truck I never saw. The process was fast and painless with very little to do on my end besides give Mike a few numbers to crunch and wait for the bank. After a couple hours he called me to tell me everything went great and I got financing at about half of what I expected. So I gave the thumbs up to have the truck delivered from Minocqua to LaCross the next morning. The following afternoon I got to the dealership and Mike had everything lined up and I just had to look at the truck I’ve only seen pictures of up to this point. 10 minutes later the papers were signed and I was headed home with a new shiny gorgeous truck and a full tank of gas to boot. I can’t say enough how smoothly this transaction went and how straight forward Mike and Lenze staff were. They just earned a lifetime customer and I’ll recommend my family and friends to go to Mike Buhler at Lenze Truck anytime I have the chance to!!
