We loved the F250 Truck listed at 60k when we went to purchase JJ switched price to 69k, when we told him no and that the sale was for 60k he then tried to sell to us for 66k, we said no once again. At that point I told him we either purchase for the list price or we get the DOT involved for false advertisement. He then agreed to the list price and we signed papers and put money down. We were then waiting and I knew they were trying to scam something up. JJ ( sales manager) then told us the truck was scheduled to go to auction and he couldn’t sell the truck to us. And it so happened to be scheduled to leave for auction over the holiday weekend. We even reached out to Brian Lenz himself to make sure he was aware of what was going on. He said the sale wasn’t final because the finance department didn’t sign off yet.We ended up reaching out to get DOTgov Involved. They called Lenz auto and told them they had to hold the truck till the investigation was complete. More

I was dealing with the worst dealership ever Laura Ford of Sullivan for over a week had a deposit down and kept getting the run around. My friend and I took off for the southern trip when they called and said truck wasn't ready, he was looking at trucks for sale when he showed me a pic of 2015 f350. I called on it the next morning talked with a man named Mike Buhler and everything sounded great. He told me he would have the truck all shined up and in the garage if I came down to take a look, so I did. everything about the vehicle was exactly what he said and gave me a price on my trade and away I went with my new used pickup. was worth every minute of the 455 mile drive and would do it again in a heartbeat to feel with Mike.
