Stopped by on a whim. Looked over a few Broncos. Went inside the dealership and got a salesman. This entire time it was no pressure tactics. I told the salesman which one Looked over a few Broncos. He brought it up and copied my license and off I went. When I came back, I said that I needed to discuss with my wife and again no pressure. So we came back a couple days later and we had a great conversation about pricing and trade in value. No back and forth. I came back two days later and it was immaculate condition! Lack of communication between the two salesman that were trying to help me purchasing. I want to pick up my truck on a certain day, and it was never even detailed, washed, there was salt all over the floor trying to help me purchasing. Needless to say I did not pick that truck and I drove over 2 1/2 hours away thinking that truck was ready for me. Lenz Truck is an up front honest dealership. Zak and Steve were marvelous to deal with over the phone on an out of state sale. Neither salesman or high pressure and were pleasant to deal with. Only two minor things need to be addressed. That is some wind noise from the driver‘s door and a little bit of shimmy in the steering wheel.
