Customer service after the sale is non existing. Purchased a truck,went on vacation out of state the vehicle broke.Was at dealership for three weeks getting fix. Had to fly home and fly back to retrieve the vehicle, contacted Mike Buhler and he transfer the call to the service dept I left a message did not get response. Finally three days later contacted Mike again.finally the service dept responded. Would not recommend this dealership had not been contacted by Mike or the service dept for any assistance. . More

I was very disappointed with how the service level was neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was v neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was very frustrating. Also my car showed up with a quarter tank of gas and the interior was filthy. They told me the truck was in great shape with no scratches, but when it arrived it had a very large scratch. Overall it was a disappointing and very frustrating car buying experience. More

Truck buying simplified!! My inquiry to LENZ truck center was in regards to a newly listed 2020 GMC AT4HD diesel that was listed for sale. I was almost instantly contacted back My inquiry to LENZ truck center was in regards to a newly listed 2020 GMC AT4HD diesel that was listed for sale. I was almost instantly contacted back by a representative named Devon Strebe. Devon provided any/all information requested faster than any other sales rep. ive dealt with. There was nothing less than full disclosure on the vehicle i would be traveling 5+ hrs. to purchase. I showed up 10 minutes before the showroom floor formally opened, was greeted at the door by Devon and finished signing papers with financing in under 25 minutes. The legwork that was completed before i showed up was apparent and should be recognized as nothing less then phenomenal. If you are interested in a clean cut, best price available, outstanding customer service and attention to detail....i recommend you reach our to Devon to assist in buying your new vehicle! More
