Lack of communication between the two salesman that were trying to help me purchasing. I want to pick up my truck on a certain day, and it was never even detailed, washed, there was salt all over the floor trying to help me purchasing. Lenz Truck is an up front honest dealership. Zak and Steve were marvelous to deal with over the phone on an out of state sale. Neither salesman or high pressure and were pleasant to deal with. Only two minor things need to be addressed. That is some wind noise from the driver‘s door and a little bit of shimmy in the steering wheel.
