I worked with Sam and he made it easy and laid back. He took a copy of my drivers license and tossed me the keys to the truck I wanted to drive and off I went. Text communication was poor. They would text me but never read my texts. This resulted in me having to make an extra trip to the bank to complete my down payment and incurring a They would text me but never read my texts. Which is a bigger deal when you're using a loaner car from a body shop. I had to reach out to them multiple times to "make things happen". More

I purchased a 2022 f-f150 . after xmas . The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful . However , 2 weeks after my purchase I had a shift system repair needed and check eng after xmas . I called lenz and asked for help and was told to go to a ford dealership as it may or may not b under warranty . I was told not to drive it after numerous calls to ford dealerships. The earliest I can get in for a follow up is Feb 5th . So now I'm without a vehicle and not sure if my new purchase will already be costing me more money . More
