I bought my car before test driving right after they got it in. The Owner emailed me about the car and let me know the day I was going would be fine to schedule a test drive. When I arrived my salesman let it in. The Owner emailed me about the car and let me know the day I was going would be fine to schedule a test drive. When I arrived my salesman let me know there were issues that needed to be fixed. He let me know I wouldn’t be able to test drive that day. I still wanted to buy the car and he told me originally that it would be delivered in the next 2 days. I waited 7 days for my car to be delivered. During the 7 days I was never reached out to I had to call for every interaction. The employees and owner were not good at communication. More

Staff were great to work with (especially Bill and Alex) and it was definitely worth the 5 1/2 Highly recommend this place for all your truck needs! Was told the vehicle I was buying came with 2 key fobs, was only given 1. Sales person said he would order me one. Two weeks later, still no fob and no response or follow up from sales person. Sent a messa was only given 1. Sales person said he would order me one. Two weeks later, still no fob and no response or follow up from sales person. Sent a message to a owner of Lenz and a week later still no response. Completely unacceptable. Do not buy from Lenz. More
