This was the worst experience I’ve had trying to buy a truck. Charlotte seemed overwhelmed and was slow to respond. I had to call multiple times over the course of a week to try and make progress on a dea truck. Charlotte seemed overwhelmed and was slow to respond. I waited 3 days for them to find it and it still couldn’t be located. What a mess! More

Buyer beware. If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ dealership you will be sorry. Skip has no real customer service skills, no tact, and you will irritate him if you start asking questions about a vehicle. Next, should you want a manager because you don't want to deal with Skip, Justin will mislead you on the price of the vehicle. Once you reach out to the ownership because your business isn't worth the time to fix the obvious issues at hand, they call it "obsticles" and delfect from the the root cause of poor customer service. Save yourself time and money and go to any other place beside Lenz. Give your business to a company that will treat you right and not mislead you. You've been warned... More
