Over all a good experience with the sales team as well as the finance department however not the most pleased with the delivery drivers, they delivered my truck with fresh asphalt splatter all over the side the finance department however not the most pleased with the delivery drivers, they delivered my truck with fresh asphalt splatter all over the side of the truck. It also had less than a quarter tank of gas.I was supposed to get the truck on Monday morning and they showed up in the early afternoon and I told them I was not taking the truck with the asphalt on it, so they took it back and after talking to the general manager he had it completely detailed once again and got the truck back to me on Tuesday morning spotless with a full tank of gas. Nobody knew anything about the car. I even came back after I bought the car to ask questions. And they said well, we don't know anything call Ford. It was not a very good experience. Everything was very rushed and just after I sign paperwork, the gentleman that I actually was working with. There was another client purchasing a truck, so I was pushed aside. And I couldn't ask him any more questions. Because now there's somebody else there. So he hustle to get my plate on my car and handy. Be the keys and walked away. I can absolutely tell you this. I will never recommend. Let's dealership to anyone. And both of my kids are looking at buying a new car. There's no way that I would say. Hey, go there because it was terrible. I have bought cars from holiday automotive and my kids have bought Cars from holiday automotive And I can call anytime and ask any question, even if it's not related to my car. And they will find an answer for me. It is just shocking on the way that nobody wanted to even do. Even the littlest bit of leg work to look for an answer. I had to go to Ford dealership and sit in their parking lot with them and go in for 2 hours. To learn even the slightest little bit about my car. They were absolutely shocked at the wavelengths.
