I've never purchased a car online but found my dream car at Lenz. It's about a 12 hour drive for me so I has to rely on the sales person (Mark) to help me navigate the process. I felt thoroughly comfortable after speaking to him. I made the purchase with his and the finance guy (Alex) and they shipped my car two days later. I received it the same week as me signing the paperwork. Car was exactly as described and I love it. 5 stars for Lenz! More
