The ABSOLUTE EASIEST dealership I've ever dealt with. I was absolutely impressed and amazed at how easy and relaxing my experience was there today. The whole staff are so nice. But my salesman Mike Buhle I was absolutely impressed and amazed at how easy and relaxing my experience was there today. The whole staff are so nice. But my salesman Mike Buhler was amazing, extremely friendly, and made me feel very relaxed after my experience I had at Russ Darrow Toyota in West Bend, WI. It was a horrible experience and I don't recommend Noone going to that dealership. If you want to buy a nice car without any run around please go to Lenz in Fondulac and see Mike Buhler. I will definitely be purchasing from him in the future. More

Justin the GM was quick to resolve the issues with my new truck purchase. I would give a 5 but our salesman Mike B was more interested in telling stories and bragging about reviews than he was in closing our truck purchase. I can’t say enough about Mike, Ryan, and the team here! !! Magic Mike made my dream come true in a day!! I contacted him about a 2017 Focus RS (the really hard to get car) on Friday from Watertown, NY, I wa !! Magic Mike made my dream come true in a day!! I contacted him about a 2017 Focus RS (the really hard to get car) on Friday from Watertown, NY, I was pre approved for it with no down payment, and I get to drive it for over a month before a payment is due. I told Mike I was on my way that night, I drove all night, which put me at their doorstep before the opening bell, yet I waited for nothing, Mike greeted me with a smile, and we were filling out paperwork, I had a psychiatrist appointment that had slipped my mind, he kept working away while I toiled with the shrink. It was well before lunchtime I was back on the road in a vehicle I’ve been told by multiple dealerships was very difficult to obtain, and was an impossibility at the very least. Thank you soo much for helping me get into my dream without sinking my boat!!! All the luck and love to you all at Lenz!! More
